About this Rally

Fortnightly dressage training at LRAC. In Summer this is in the outdoor arena and over the winter months indoor. Jess Carr (Griffiths) is normally the Instructor. Open to all members but must be off the lead rein. Small groups ie 4 per hour. Times start from 5pm onwards & released day before.

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Vaccination Policy

Annual vaccination of horses/ponies required Any new horse/pony attending must be advised of prior to booking to rally organiser so that vaccination record, age of horse/pony and suitability for group can be checked If your horse/pony shows signs of being unwell ie cough, nasal discharge, temperature then please do not bring to rally

Dress

Refer to pony club dress code: https://pcuk.org/officials/health-and-safety/dress-and-tack/ In general: Shoulders to be covered. Local red South Wold North Pony club jumpers/coats encouraged Hair neatly tied back Gloves Hat to have PC tag No hoodies Piercings should ideally be removed No mobile phones in pockets No recording devices ie helmet cameras Standard riding boots/jodphur boots. No wellingtons, muckers or trainers. Stirrups should be of the correct size to suit the rider’s boots. They must have 7mm (¼”) clearance on either side of the boot.

Parking

Please park in designated horse box/trailer areas. (Separate car parking area for visitors) Please shut gate after entry into car park in case of loose horses. Horses not to be left unattended No haynets outside horseboxes/trailers Please pick up any horse droppings from car park
