South Pool Pony Club Rally with Senior PC Member

Withdrawal Date: 27/06/2024

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Rallies will not be refunded if they are cancelled less than 7 days before the date they are due to run, unless in exceptional circumstances (we may ask you for a doctors note or a vets certificate). We still have to pay the instructors if you cancel within this time. 

Bookings for rallies close 7 days before the rally is due to run. This is so that we know the numbers attending and can book the instructors that we need for the amount of hours that we need them.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser kmburner@googlemail.com

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

• Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.

• Riding is a risk sport. I agree that I/my child will be bound by the rules of the pony club and that neither i nor they will hold the club liable for any personal injury to the members or injury to their horses or loss or damage to any of their equipment.
• If emergency medical/ dental or veterinary treatment i required in my absence. i authorise the appropriate club official to obtain such treatment s they reasonable consider necessary.
• I hereby consent to the club keeping membership details on ta computer and using them for the purpose registered under he data protection act.
