Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details

Members will: Throw bean bags at a target and/or shoot Ride around a course of arena eventing/SJs in our arena this will include a halt box and a slip rail. Heights can be from poles on the ground to 100cm Please indicate what height you would like to jump under special requests section There will then be a team running relay You will need trainers, joggers or leggings, a warm coat, a pistol if you have one, and XC riding clothing including hat & body protector to pony club standards Please bring a packed lunch and a drink Please park sensibly & remove all poo and hay etc Please pick out feet before entering and exciting the arena & remove any poo

Terms and Conditions

I understand that riding is a risk sport. I agree that I/my child will be bound by the rules of the club and that neither I nor they will hold the club liable for any personal injury to the members or injury to their horses or loss or damage to any of their equipment.
If emergency medical/dental or veterinary treatment is required in my absence, I authorise the appointed pony club official to obtain such treatment as they reasonably consider necessary.
I hereby consent to the club keeping membership details on a computer and using them for the purposes registered under the Data Protection Act
I agree that if the rider has, or does, sustain any head injury within 21 days of the date of the rally or event taking place, that they will withdraw from the rally or event

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
