Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

This XC rally is suitable for all including our members on lead rein. Children jumping comfortably upto 60cm are accommodated in a small enclosed field, with everything from poles on the floor upwards. There is a great water jump complex to walk through too (so leaders don’t forget your wellies!!)
Those jumping bigger will also be able to jump all the fences made available to us, from 65cm up to 1.10cm.
Please state at what level your child is jumping at when booking, so they are placed in appropriate groups. Price includes course hire & instruction, main course is £35 & mini course is £25. The tuition fee is non refundable once times have gone out.
Please expect to be on the Mini course for 1 hour, and the Main course for 1.5hrs.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
