Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 29/04/2024
Refund minus an admin fee of £1 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Rules
Arrival: Please arrive in good time to ensure that you are ready for the start of your rally.
Code of Conduct: Please ensure that you follow the Pony Club Code of Conduct. Details can be found here where you can also sign that you agree to comply with it. https://forms.office.com/e/C40
Dress Code: You can wear a white shirt and tie or a Hursley polo or rugby shirt at team trainings and rallies, please always wear plain cream, white or dark jodphurs. As far as your ponies/horses are concerned, always go for the plain option – numnahs with any writing or coloured piping are not allowed, and neither are decorated brow-bands. Respect the Venue: We are priviledged to use a large number of venues to host our rallies and competitions. Please ensure that you park considerately and collect all droppings and hay from the arena and the parking area.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
