Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No refunds

A refund will only be given if we can fill your space, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund if we cannot refill your space as costs will have been incurred.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information

Mini Camp – £230 (includes lunch) £75 Deposit due 3rd March £200 Payment 2 due 3rd May £115 Payment 3 due 3rd June.

Please ensure your pony’s vaccinations are up to date and that your child has attended a minimum of 3 rallies with their pony prior to camp.
Additional Details

Main Campers requirements:

Typically aged 10+ (Minimum age 8 – discretion can be made by Chief Instructor if she believes child is capable) Be able to tack up, groom and look after own pony (some assistance will be given where needed) Be confident to canter in an open field unassisted. Be confident jumping 50cm Overnight campers need to be 11 years (year 6 and above) to stay Children age 11 and under will go home each evening

Main Camp dates: Monday 29th July – Saturday 03rd Aug

Mini-Campers: Typically aged 10 and under Lead Rein or Beginner / Novice (trotting/cantering) Helpers will be allocated to each child Pony will be stabled & looked after overnight by helpers (No turnout allowed) No overnight stay for children. Mini – Camp (split into two groups with a maximum of 20 available spaces overall).

Group dates will be confirmed closer to the time.

Group 1- Sunday 28th July – Tuesday 30th July Group 2 – Wednesday 31st July – Friday 02nd Aug

Liability:  Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
