Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

3 October – 6.30 – 7.30pm at Moats Way EC – UNMOUNTED H&P Care COACH: Karen Gow
10 October – 6.30 – 7.30pm at Moats Way EC – UNMOUNTED H&P Care COACH: Karen Gow
12 October – 6.30 – 7.30 pm at Moats Way EC – MOUNTED Riding Session COACH: Claire Dodson
Test date to be confirmed with all the Members. Dress Code for Test will be discussed during training
Recommended Age: 11 years
You need to attend all the above training sessions to take the test. If you are unable to attend a session you will need to arrange a catch-up session with the Coach.
Cost:£75 (to include all above training sessions and Test)

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
