Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Worming badge 6-7pm – you must have attended the talk on worms at Paragon Vet on March 25th. To complete this badge you must bring with you the filled in Worm Control Workbook.    Worm Control Booklet

Produced a poster – minimum A4 on 1 worm, Include its life cycle, how and when you treat it, what it looks like, what symptoms will your horse show if they have this worm. On the night you will talk about your poster. Badges £1.50 on the night.

5-6pm – The Pony Club Progressive tests – bring with you an A4 folder and dividers to start your Pony Club folder. If you already have one bring that. If you don’t have one you can buy one on the night for £2.50.

There are 4 levels, Bronze 3,2,1 after E test, Silver 3,2,1 after D, Gold ,3,2,1 after D+ and Platinum 3,2,1 after C test. You will work through the levels over the year at PC events and at camp be tested.

By the time you are ready or at the age for the D,D+,C,C+ your pony club folder will be full and you will have lots of material to look back on to revise from.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present.
