Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

- Junior non-residential – School Year 3 and below. 3 days of riding (9-4pm) ponies to leave at the end of each day Total cost £120
- Junior residential – School years 4-6 3 days (2 nights) Total cost £165
- Senior residential camp – School Years 7-9 4 days (3 nights) Total Cost £200
- Senior camp + school Year 10 and above. Non residential 4 days Total cost £225

1-3rd August Junior Non-residential- for those children aged year 3 and below. Come and join us for an exciting 3 days of camp with all your pony friends. Riding, fun and games and much more! Each day 9am- 4pm. Pay now to secure your place, deposit payable by 3rd May, then monthly payments thereafter or you can pay in full. Total cost of camp £120. Camp packs to be sent out once final numbers are confirmed. 1-3rd August Junior Residential camp- for those in school years 4-6. Come and join us for an exciting 3 days and 2 nights of camp with all your pony friends! Riding, fun activities, party games and much more! Pay your deposit now to secure your place, deposit payable by 3rd May, then monthly payments thereafter or you can pay in full. Total cost of camp £165. Camp packs to be sent out once final numbers are confirmed. 28th – 31st July – Senior Residential camp- for those in school years 7-9. Come and join us for an exciting 4 days and 3 nights of camp with all your pony friends! Riding, fun activities, a trip out and much more! Pay your deposit now to secure your place, deposit payable by 3rd May, then monthly payments thereafter or you can pay in full. Total cost of camp £200. Camp packs to be sent out once final numbers are confirmed. 28-31st July Senior plus non-residential camp- for those in school years 10 upwards. Come and join us for an exciting 4 days of camp at Limber. Time with friends, riding twice a day, caring for your horse and a special trip out to play polo at Leadenham Polo Club riding polo ponies! Pay your deposit now to secure your place, deposit payable by 3rd May, then monthly payments thereafter or you can pay in full. Total cost of camp £225. Camp packs to be sent out once final numbers are confirmed. 28-31st July

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
