About this Rally
This camp is for members aged 11 and over and will take place at Solihull Riding Club with ponies/horses and members staying on site. This will follow a similar format to last year with a range of ridden activities on surfaces and a BE cross country course on grass with some guest instructors (activities will include flatwork, show jumping, cross country). Accommodation will be in your own lorries/caravans/tents. Members will also be provided with a drinks bottle. Maximum number of spaces at this camp is 15. Camp Deposit is required by 14th January 2024 to secure your place!

Withdrawal Date: 14/01/2024
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser atherstone@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser atherstone@pcuk.org

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
