About this Rally

This camp is for members aged 8 to 12 and will take place at Pickering Grange Equestrian Centre with the option for ponies and/or members to stay overnight on site. There will be a range of ridden activities on surfaces, guest demonstrations, stable management and fun evening activities on foot. Accomodation and food will be provided. Members will also be provided with a drinks bottle. Maximum number of spaces on this camp is 15. All volunteers and coaches have an up to date enhanced DBS check, First Aid and Safeguarding Certificate. Camp Deposit is required by 31st January 2024 to secure your place! Deposit – £100 Balance payment – £170

Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

  • Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
