In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

The organisers of the event have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Rosettes to 6th place for teams & individuals, dismounted prizegiving shortly following each class in the Secretary area
DC’s or Team Manager’s to add all teams to Horse-Events at close of entries

Teams to consist of four or three Competitors
-
Rider and horse/pony combinations may not enter the same class in two teams or twice in the same team & neither may the pony/horse

Teams will be able to jump 2 rounds (even if eliminated in the first round) and whole team jumps one rider after another in both rounds

Both rounds to be jumped in the same arena

First Round – the whole team to jump in succession. Best 3 scores to count

All competitors who go clear in 1st round become eligible for individual placings, adding their score to their second round score

Second Timed Round – the whole team will jump in succession. Best 3 scores count

The total of the best three scores to count in each round. That total is carried forward to the second round. The highest score is discarded in each round and may or may not be the scores of the same competitor

Individuals will jump following the teams in the first round

Individuals will jump second round in the same order as the first round

Individual rider and horse/pony combination may not also compete in the team

The judges decision is final
