An opportunity to ride over the many and varied Kingsclere fences on good turf along a stewarded and loosely defined route at heights ranging from 60cms to 100cms (There are some Open Team Chase Jumps/Hedges too !).
The route many be ridden more than once and may also be ridden as a team of up to four.
Times: 11.00AM – 3.00PM
The Last Hour of the Event is dedicated to Pony Club Riders ONLY, please indicate on booking if Rider is a Pony Club Rider

Entries & Entry Fees
ENTRIES: ENTER ONLINE AT: WWW.HORSE-EVENTS.CO.UK
Entry Fee: Each entry pays a non-returnable fee of £15, plus a £1.45 Booking fee, second and third rounds are £10 each if paid for online same horse and rider combination only.
If you are entering as a team chase team, you can add another member by clicking ‘save and add a member’ option when entering
Late entries on the day are subject to available spaces and at £10 extra per round. NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED CASH PAYMENTS ONLY.
PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU WISH TO RIDE AS A TEAM CHASE GROUP AND ADD ALL NAMES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
Online entries close on Thursday 21st September. Entries on the day will close at Midnight

Withdrawals & Refunds
No refunds
In the event of a cancellation, entry fees will be returned less the booking fee stated. This booking fee is on a per horse and rider combination basis. All booking fees are non refundable
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Berks & Bucks Draghounds Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
Venue Information
This venue is used by various Hunts and Pony Clubs for XC competitions, Fun Rides and XC Rides.

General Rules
THE RULES:
1) All riders must wear suitable riding clothes with hard hats or crash helmets to the latest European standards and body protectors.
2) Horses and ponies must be four years old or over. The course may be ridden more than once but no more than 3 times by the same animal.
3) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. No loose dogs as there are grazing sheep.
4) Riders MUST follow the instructions of the stewards.
5) This is not a fun ride but a serious cross-country practice and a suitable speed of riding must be maintained. Only three attempts are allowed at any jump.
6) Passing is allowed but please be safe and courteous.
7) The organisers, the landowners, all persons and all organisations involved in the event disclaim all liability for any loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. It is up to participants and spectators to make their own insurance arrangements and third party liability insurance is a mandatory requirement for entry.
8) The decision of the Hon. Secretary on any matter shall be final.
9) Failure to carry out instructions from a steward may lead to disqualification and riders may be asked to leave the course.
