All selected competitors are to complete the online entry form (individually) with The Pony Club towards the team fee (£120 per team) then proceed to the closed Entry System via Royal Windsor Show this will be sent directly to the members for entry once Royal Windsor Horse Show open them. Additional Fees may apply with the show directly.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel 50% of your entry fee will be refunded, minus any Booking fees.

After the closing date please contact the event Organiser tetrathlon@pcuk.org to make any changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser tetrathlon@pcuk.org

Additional Details

• All Competitors should dress smartly and in accordance with the rules for each phase. • Competitors stabling at Windsor must be prepared to loan their horse/pony to another competitor. • The riding phase will be an arena jumping competition which will include a slip rail (constructed from coloured poles). • All horses/ponies to be jumped must be used to crowds and noises of a showground. • Objections must be made as per Tetrathlon Rulebook. • Tetrathlon sponsorship rules apply whilst representing The Pony Club at Royal Windsor Horse Show . • Competitors have historically joined the Mounted Games Parade in the Main Arena at the end of the competition. Your horses/ ponies should be immaculately turned out, plaited unless hogged • The Stewards will withdraw a competitor from the parade at any point if they deem a horse/pony is not coping with the occasion. This form is to collect details of each individual Team Member. Prior to submitting details you will need: – Your membership number – Horse/ Pony Vaccination Details – Payment Card

LEGAL LIABILITY  Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARE:

The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present.  For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
