Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 17/06/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £1.50 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Rules
RULES
1. The decision of the judges shall be final and no objections shall be entertained.
2. The organisers retain the right to disqualify any competitor for any cruelty or
discourteousness.
3. No horse or pony under the age of four may compete.
4. Hard hats to current pony club standards must be worn with the chin strap fastened
when mounted at all times.
5. The age of the rider to be that on the day of the show.
6. The lunging or riding of horses/ponies in bearing, check or balancing reins is not
permitted.
7. All dogs must be kept on leads.
8. All cups must be signed for and returned by 1st May 2025
9. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any of the classes as they
feel fit or to alter advertised times or refuse entry without stating reason.
10. All classes are ridden unless stated otherwise.

SWW PC Members Highest Points Cup
Points for all Classes are:-
1st = 6, 2nd = 5, 3rd = 4, 4th = 3, 5th = 2, 6th = 1
Points are awarded to the combination of horse and rider competing throughout the day.

Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 3. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The South & West Wilts Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
