Refund minus an admin fee of £1.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £1.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

After the closing date please contact the event Secretary to make any changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary

1. The decision of the judge shall be final and no objections shall be entertained.
2. The organisers retain the right to disqualify any competitor for cruelty or discourteous.
3. No horse or pony under the age of four may compete.
4. Hard hats to current pony club standard must be worn with chin strap fastened when mounted at all times.
5. Lunging horses/ponies in bearing, check or balance reins is nor permitted.
6. All dogs on leads at all times.
7. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any classes as they feel fit or to alter advertised times or refuse entry without stating reason.
8. All classes will be judged under pony club rules 2024.
9. No spurs to be worn.
10. Equine flu vaccinations must be up to date and a booster administered within last 12 months.

Disclaimer: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or the pony club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. entries only accepted on this basis.
12. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective,  everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
13. All non-pony club competitors are not covered by the pony club insurance  and must have their own third party cover. The South and West Wilts pony club  and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non – members and their insurance will not cover you.
