No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £2 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Open to Pony Club Members in area 1 and 19. Open to Non Pony Club competitors but you MUST have 3rd Party Liability Insurance. Non Members are allowed to compete in any Preliminary Round (but must become fully paid up members to compete at the final)
70cm Class – only Pony Club Members that are 14 years and under on 1st January 2025 qualify for the Spring Festival Championships

All classes will run in accordance with The Pony Club Spring Festival Arena Eventing Rules 2024/2025
The competition will be a single round with two phases; a course of show jumps and one of simulated XC fences some of which may have a knock down top rail. The aim is to achieve a clear round in both phases as close to the XC optimum time as possible. The winner will be the Individual with the fewest combined penalties.
Cross country colours should be worn.. No jewellery is allowed.. Body protectors and skull caps are compulsory for this competition and must meet the Pony Club standards for 2024
The Organiser may, at their discretion, alter the schedule/rules as required.
The Judge’s decision is final.
All classes will be in a drawn order and no more than 8 in warm up area.
