Glamorgan Hunt Fun Ride

A lovely ride around farmland and woodland tracks. Approx. 6 miles with lots of optional jumps from 6in to 3ft.
Less than an hour from Severn Bridge, 15 mins from M4 JN34
Start times will be given from 9.30am onwards with the first hour allocated to lead rein and novice children who must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring proof of entry with you. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. Please try to stick as closely as possible to your start time. NO numbers will be issued.

Please note that all entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £1.45.

Directions
DO NOT FOLLOW SAT NAV. Jn 34 M4 head onto A4119. At 1st traffic lights after M4 turn right by Castell Mynach pub towards Cardiff. Follow road for about approx. 3 miles. Do not take first 2 turnings to Peterston / St Brides. Turn right signed St Fagans. At next cross roads turn right signed Peterston-super-Ely. Venue approx. 1 ½ miles on right.

- The organisers and land owners accept no responsibility for injury from accidents to persons or animals, or the theft of property. Persons attending do so at their own risk.
- Hard hats with safety harness and suitable footwear, must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Body protectors are compulsory for all under 18s and recommended for everyone else.
- No dogs are permitted on the site.
- Riders will be issued with a start time between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
- Additional safety measures will be in place to minimise the risk of COVID 19 transmission. It is extremely important that all riders and visitors abide by these and obey instructions given by stewards.
COVID 19 Safety measures.
Please adhere to current Welsh Government Covid regulations regarding face coverings and social distancing.
Whilst on the course, please use caution when passing other riders from another group, and practice social distancing of 2m. People like to ride at differing speeds, and this is fine as long as we all think of each other. Please arrive with just enough time to prepare and mount in time for your start time. Face coverings are not essential, but please can everyone bring soap and water/hand gel to sanitise as appropriate. There will be no toilet facilities. There will be no water available, please bring enough for all your washing/drinking needs, especially if hot. There will not be rosettes on this occasion. There is plenty of room for vehicles, please remember to practice social distancing of 2metres.

The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. Everyone present must, themselves, take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and their stewards. It is advised that all participants have their own insurance.

This event is being organised by Clare Roberts . Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
