Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 04/04/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
Prizes for best Easter dressed hat in each class.
Entries in by April 4th, after that they increase to £12 per class
First 2 classes may be split between LR and non LR if sufficient entries

Rules
All classes run under pony club Show jumping rules 2024
Results will be on pony club results
Hats must be worn at all times, and tagged with the pink 2023 hat tag
Whip rule in place
Ponies/horses must be tacked up properly and riders appropriately dressed for classes at all times.
Medical cover at our event complies with PC rules
We reserve the right to refuse entries from those we feel are over qualified/ or entered the wrong class
Maximum height of jumps in practice ring will be no higher than the class being jumped
Points go towards end of year trophies.
Judge’s decision is final.
PC vaccination rule to be adhered to. Spot checks may be done.
A competitor may be disqualified at any stage if deemed necessary by the judge:
For dangerous riding
For misuse of whip or spurs or ill treatment of the horse
If the horse is lame, sick or exhausted
For unseemly behaviour including bad language
Dogs to be kept on a short lead and please pick up after them.

PLEASE NOTE ALL OPEN COMPETITORS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN INSURANCE. Pony Club members have 3rd party insurance as part of their membership

Classes run under pony club show jumping rule book 2024 and the health and safety rule book 2024
There will be 2 fun classes added to the schedule on the day. Entry £5 per rider taken on the day
GENERAL EVENT RULES
PLEASE READ AND TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING
1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
3. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The CFHS Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
BY SIGNING THE DECLARATION ON ALL ENTRY FORMS YOU ARE GUARANTEEING THAT YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. UNSIGNED DECLARATIONS WILL BE RETURNED.
