Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 31/01/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Members may enter more than one class on the same pony
£22 when entering two consecutive classes. i.e. Classes 1&2; 2&3; 3&4; *4&5; 5&6
*Winter League riders are not permitted to compete in Classes 1 to 4.

Information prior to the competition will be emailed and published on the Area 5 website
Important information
It is mandatory for all Riders to wear a protective helmet at all times when mounted.
Correct riding attire in accordance with the Pony Club rules, should be worn. Correct Footwear must be worn by all riders. All body piercings must be removed including earrings.
Please familiarize yourselves with all the rules – follow the links.
Members will be required to print their own numbers.
Please do not muck out horse boxes in the car park. Please put litter in the bins provided or take it home with you.
Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside boxes/trailers and left unattended.
All accidents must be reported to the show secretary for inclusion in the accident book.
All classes will be judged in accordance with Pony Club rules. The decisions of the committee and judges are final.
If any horse/pony has been in contact with strangles or any other infectious disease, it should not attend the show.

Please ensure you have your horse/pony passport with you.

Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
