No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Open to All • This will not be part of the Area 6 Dressage league however double points for Burton Pony club members Branch league
Entry Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1 The event will be run under The Pony Club Dressage Rules 2023 and rules for The Pony Club Spring Festival Dressage Series 2023/24. (See www.pcuk.org). However all tests can be commanded for Burton competitions unlike Spring Festival Area/Championship competitions. 2 Horses/ponies must be at least 5 years old. 3 Competitors must wear a protective helmet with cover at all times when mounted, manufactured to one of the following standards: • 2011 with BSI Kitemark • VG1 with BSI Kitemark • ASTM-F1163 2004a with SEI mark • AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards • Hats must be tagged.: New Hat Colour Tags will be required 4 Smart turnout is required but horses’/ponies’ manes need not be plaited 5 Excessive uses of spurs, whip etc and use of offensive language by competitors or supporters will be penalised. 6 The organisers reserve the right to cancel or change any class or award.

LEGAL LIABILITY Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
HEALTH SAFETY Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
INSURANCE Competitors who are not members of The Pony Club are not covered by The Pony Club Insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Burton Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for Non Members and their insurance will not cover you
