Leaders are for the safety of the children only and must not drag ponies. !st prize rosettes will be awarded to the team which displays the best team spirit and not for winning the races.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 08/05/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £5.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY The event will be run under Pony Club Mounted Games rules 2024.
• Hats must conform to Pony Club standards and be tagged – Pony Club Hat Rule 2024
• The judge’s decision is final.
• Open to Area 3 Members only.
• Objections in writing with a deposit of £25 accepted according to Pony Club rules within 15 minutes of the
incident occurring.
• By entry to this competition competitors agree to being photographed by the organisers.
• All horses/ponies entering the event site must comply with 2024 Pony Club vaccination rules.
• Horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over. Stallions can only be ridden by Members if they have
obtained written permission from the Area 3 Representative Nicky Morrison and in the interests
of safety, must wear identifying discs on their bridle.
• Please ensure that you pick up any droppings or litter from around the lorry/trailer park before leaving.
• No horse or pony is to be left unattended unless correctly secured inside the trailer/horsebox.
