About this Event

This competition is an opportunity for teams to demonstrate their knowledge and practical horsemanship skills.  This is the Area 3 competition, a qualifier for the Championships.

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details

Names of individual competitors may be changed up to the date of the competition, but there must be 3 in a team.  Any requests for reasonable adjustment should be received within 2 weeks of the competition date.  There is no limit on the number of teams that a Branch / Centre may enter in each class. Results will be posted online at Pony Club Results. Qualifying places will be awarded to the highest overall scores in each class at the end of that class. Should numbers permit, each class will be split into sections with a maximum of 10 teams in each section. Branches / Centres entering multiple teams will be in the same section. Placing rosettes will be presented in each section. Full details and rules of the Horse and Pony Care Competition can be found in the Pony Club Horsemanship Rulebook 2024.

Event Directions & additonal details

Entry to venue is opposite the Ling Bob Pub. Dogs are not permitted anywhere on the site.  No smoking / vaping on site.

Health & Safety

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anybody for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever.  Entries are only accepted on this basis.
