Note: Each participating branch must provide I volunteer to help at the triathlon phases and 2 jump judges.

Tetrathlon and Triathlon Run/Swim/Shoot will be held on 10th July. Riding on 11th July.
Beanies Dry Triathlon Run/Throw/Ride will be held on Sunday 11th July at Foxberry.
No dogs are allowed at Foxberry.
The following classes are available for the AREA 2,3 & 4 TETRATHLON
Entries & Entry Fees
Classes – Age as at Jan 1st, 2021 (except 8yr olds – to be 8 on the day)
Tetrathlon/Triathlon Entries via www.horse-events.co.uk before the closing date of 24th June 2021.
Entries will only be processed following confirmation from either the Branch DC or Tetrathlon Co-ordinator that the competitor is capable of riding at the required level and has received training in the use of an air pistol from a suitably qualified shooting instructor.
Entry Fee Classes 1-10: £55
Entry Fee Classes 11a and 11b: £40
Entry Fee Class 12: £20
Each participating branch must provide I volunteer to help at the triathlon phases and 2 jump judges.
*Competitors who opt to ride down a level will not be eligible to qualify for Tetrathlon Championships
Times will be posted on the Northern England Tetrathlon and Pony Club Tetrathlon Facebook Groups by 7th July 2021.
STABLING/CAMPING on 9th/10th July

Bedding may be on straw unless shavings is specified.
Children under 18 years must not be left unsupervised overnight under any circumstances.
Dogs are not allowed unless by prior arrangement with the proprietor.
Prices per stable: £25/night; camping per family: £20 for 2 nights
Withdrawals & Refunds
Full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition.
After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given.
Refunds where due after the closing date are subject to an admin fee of: £5 In the event of abandonment 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
Legal liability: Neither the organisers nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or illness to competitors, spectators, or any other persons or property whatsoever.
Health & safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials & stewards.
In line with government/local authority guidelines, South Durham Hunt Pony Club must abide by specific rules and regulations. It is therefore important that you read the statement below, in full.
“Anyone showing signs of ill health or COVID-19 should not attend the competition, in any capacity (this includes any guest names provided).
Anyone self-isolating because of ‘track and trace’ advice or suspected contact with an infected person should not attend. Anyone, who subsequently becomes ill should contact the event organiser and inform them. Everyone must adhere to any new travel restrictions that may be introduced prior to the event.”
