All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
All entries should be made online using www.horse-events.co.uk. This is a single booking form process and entries will not be confirmed without payment.
For Pony Club entries you will need your membership number and Branch/Centre to enter a qualifying class. Your Team Manager will be emailed with a list of entries so that they can confirm the teams for your Club.
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your Horse Events account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab

TIMES and NUMBERS
Times, numbers, and live scoring at www.ponyclubresults.co.uk
There will not be a physical scoreboard on the day, as all scores will be available online at www.ponyclubresults.co.uk. Any scoring queries must be made by a Team Manager, Branch DC or Assistant DC.
Competitors will have approx. 30 – 60 mins between each round, and will be expected to keep to their times. The class times provided in this schedule are approximate, and are subject to change.
All competitors must print their own numbers and provide their own number bibs.
COMPETITION FORMAT
COMPETITION FORMAT
Classes 1,2, and 3 are judged over two jumping rounds, with a further timed Jump Off in the event of a tie for qualifying places.
Class 4 will be judged over two jumping rounds, with the second round running as a single phase. The organisers reserve the right to also run the second round for Class 3 as a single phase, subject to the number of entries.
All classes will run on a surface, and each class will be run across two arenas.
All classes will be run in accordance with Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2022. All entries must meet Area Qualifier conditions of entry.
All competitors need to attend tack check (located in/by the indoor arena) BEFORE they go to the collecting ring to warm up. Please make sure that you report in good time for this.
All competitors’ hats must be tagged (this will be checked at tack check). All horses / ponies must be vaccinated as per Pony Club rules and there will be random checks so please ensure you have your horse/pony’s passport available.
We request that you minimise the time you are on site to give competitors competing later in the day space to park.

PRIZES
There will be an unmounted prize giving as soon as possible after the end of each class. Competitors must be correctly dressed.
Rosettes places will be given from 1st to 8th, with sashes for the winners, for the Team and Individual competition in all classes.

After the losing date substitutions may only be made as per Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2022.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition.
After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refund will be given.
Refunds where due after the closing date are subject to an admin fee of £5. In the event of abandonment 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The competition will be run in accordance with the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2022.
- In the event of large entries, the Novice and Grassroots Regional Qualifier competitions may be balloted.
- All hats to be worn in the competition must be checked as being tagged, hats must conform to the current Pony Club standards and must have a chinstrap fastened at all times when mounted. In the interests of safety, the organisers reserve the right to eliminate anyone in breach of this rule.
- Protest and Objections. Please see the Pony Club Show Jumping Rule Book 2022.
- In the event of cancellation refunds will be processed by Horse Events.
- Refunds for entries will only be given if a doctor’s note or vet’s certificate is provided.
- When not competing all horses/ponies must be kept in the box park or collecting rings, they must not be exercised (including lunging) in the car/box park or among spectators.
- Horses/ponies competing may only be ridden by their competitor.
- Please clear up all hay and droppings from around your box/trailer. Please do not tie haynets to the side of trailers/boxes.
- It is recommended that all mares in season and known kickers should wear a red ribbon on their tail. Stallions may only compete with a written letter of permission from your DC, and should wear a disc. No horse/pony under 4yrs may compete.
- Dogs should be left at home if possible, and if not should be kept on a short lead. Please make sure you clear up after your dog.
- For safety reasons, no jewellery {including “sleepers”) may be worn.
Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Old Surrey & Burstow Hunt Branch. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
