Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
No refunds at any time.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser sue@lqgagri.co.uk to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser sue@lqgagri.co.uk
Location
Terms and Conditions
1. All riders to report to Hon Secretary before starting.
2. Riders may start at a time to suit themselves between 9.30 am to 1.45 pm, any riders dropping out en-route must report to the secretary on return.
3. Hard hats with chin straps & shoes or boots with heels must be worn.
4. It is recommended that a back protector be worn, although not compulsory.
5. Gates found shut on the course must be shut behind you, much of the ride is over private land for which special permission has been given. Please respect this.
6. No dogs on the course, dogs at the horse boxes to be kept on a lead.
7. An adult must accompany children under 12 years old.
8. The organisers of the ride, helpers, officials and landowners accept no responsibility for any damage or accident or injury to person, animals or property.
9. Entry implies acceptance of these conditions.
