Pony Club Championships 2024 Stabling

Stables are available to book until the closing date of mid-day on Friday 2nd  August.

No straw, shavings or other bedding products may be brought onto site or utilised in the stables. The only acceptable bedding will be Sundown bales. Sundown Yellow – A chopped rapeseed straw bedding with eucalyptus fragrance purchased on site, which have been approved by the landowner because of their swift decomposition properties. 

We are delighted to announce that the price per stable will reduce from £40 to £30 per night in 2024, though we will be charging £8.50 per bale of shavings, which were previously included in the daily rate. Shavings can be purchased from the WH Security near the entrance to the stabling field – card payments only. (Stabling Total £30 PER NIGHT Booking fee added at Checkout) 

All stables will be disinfected by Equine BioGenie before initial occupation on Thursday 8th August.

On Thursday 8th August and on Monday 12th August tables may be occupied from 2pm. On all other days they may not be occupied before 6pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 4pm on the day of departure.

Please use the muck heaps located behind/in front of the rows of stables. Please do not deposit muck at the end of each row of stables.

On departure, stables should be skipped out, any hay or feed should be removed and all residual bedding should be stacked against the back wall. We ask and expect you to leave the stable as you would like to find it. The Pony Club will not be responsible for the cleanliness of vacated stables and if they are left in a poor state, it is up to the next occupant to make good any inconsiderate mess left behind, before then occupying the stable.
