Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 19/02/2024
Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Event Directions & additonal details
ALL traffic to enter and exit the estate through the village from Retford Road. NO entry or exit through the A1 gate – this will be locked. Please be considerate driving through the village and use the passing places provided. Contact number on the day – 07470366019 (Chloe Wilks)
Additional Details
Held at the fabulous Osberton Estate. The course will run through woodland and grassland. A waitlist will be held when classes are full. Late entries accepted if space and there may be the opportunity to enter more classes on the day if space. Course walk on the day ONLY Hot and cold food available. Photographer Paramedics on site. Rules
- No stopwatches allowed.
- BRC vaccination rules apply to this event.
- You must wear an up to standard peakless hat and body protector (2018 standard). Air jackets are optional.
- You need to provide your own number bib and number.
- The event will be run under the BRC rules as laid out in the 2024 Rule Book.
Terms and Conditions
1. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
2. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any entries or classes or to close classes before closing date.
3. Dangerous riding, misuse of whip or spurs, or abusive conduct towards judges or volunteers will result in disqualification.
4. The judge’s decision is final.
5. The organisers shall not be liable for any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons, animals or property. All persons competing do so entirely at their own risk.
