This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 16th – Sunday 19th September 2021.
The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventer’s Challenge from 50cm through to 1m.
Qualification: 1st – 6th place. Qualification does not pass down the line.

Entry Fees: Dressage per class
BCRC Member £15
Non-Member £18
All entries are subject to a non refundable booking fee per class £1.45
Entries are strictly limited to 15 per class. Class will close early if it is full.
Show is subject to COVID-19 Government guidelines in place at the time, and last minute changes to classes and entry restrictions may need to be made to adhere to those guidelines.
Our priority is the safety of everyone at the event.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Substitution
If you would like to edit your horse or rider details before the closing date of the event please login to your account and edit your booking under the ‘MY BOOKING’ Tab
If you would like to change the class please email info@horse-events.co.uk and if there is space available we will do this for you.
Cancellations: In the event that the competition has to be cancelled the entry fee will be refunded minus a £2.50 admin fee.
Refunds: No refunds after the closing date unless the event has been cancelled.

Rosettes and Qualification Notification
Note 1: Competitors will receive an email if they have qualified to enter this class Pick your own test to be judged on percentage
Rosettes: to 6th Place and Special Rosette to the highest unplaced BCRC member.
Scoresheets & rosettes will be posted providing a stamped addressed A4 envelope is provided with a large letter stamp £1.40 or envelope and stamp can be bought for £1.50.
COVID RESTRICTIONS:

1) Online entry only (contact details held as per Track and Trace purposes)
2) Competitors asked not to attend if experiencing COVID 19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms
3) One helper per horse/rider combination only. NO other Spectators
4) Warm-up – 40 mins before Test time – max 8 horse/riders in warm-up arena at any one time
5) Parking to ensure social distancing
6) Social distancing to be maintained when moving around the showground
7) Only one person in the toilet block at any one time (unless assisting a child)
8) Basic refreshments will be available – follow all COVID-19 safety measures in place. Please bring your own reusable cup.
9) Any individual not adhering to COVID 19 restrictions will be asked to leave
10) When not competing, remain in vehicle until next warm-up/test time
11) Leave as soon as possible after last tests

Event Booking Information
This event is being organised by Berkshire County Riding Club. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.

1) To be judged under British Dressage (BD)
2) The decision of the Judges, Secretary and Stewards is final.
3) All horses & ponies to be 4yrs and over.
4) The landowner, organiser or officials shall not be held responsible for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators and their property as a result of this event.
5) Entry fees will only be refunded (less the administration and the booking fee) if a vet or doctors certificate is produced within 2 days of show date.
6) Correct dress should be worn by all competitors in line with the rules.
PAS 015: 1998 or 2011 provided they are BSI Kite marked or Inspec IC Marked VG1 01.040: 2014-12 provided they are BSI Kite marked or Inspec IC Marked.
7) The event organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving reason.
8) It is the responsibility of competitors to know and adhere to the rules with help of our stewards & officials
9) Lunging is not permitted in any of the arenas at any time
10) Please tidy up behind you and your horse
11) Flu Vaccination Certificates. All competing horses and ponies must have an up to date full flu vaccination certificate and be microchipped. If your flu vaccination does not comply, or you do not bring the complete record with you, you will be eliminated. Refer to the current BRC handbook for the full rules on vaccination certificates.
