No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Directions
Age of Competitor
Children must be 12 years and over, and comfortable managing their ponies on their own. No lead reiners.
Please speak to your Pony Club Instructor if you are in any doubt as we have the legendary Junior Camp at Sheppards Farm running the week before if this is too much.
We want everyone to have a really great time!
Entry information
Different format this year:
Day 1: Arrive Oxstalls in the morning. Mounted activities in the morning, unmounted in the afternoon. Ponies and children to return home that evening
Day 2: Arrive Boomerang Stables in the morning, Mounted activities in the morning, unmounted in the afternoon. Ponies to return home, and children to go to Sheppard’s Farm for a camping sleepover.
Day 3: Ponies to Sheppard’s Farm in the morning for a day of fun activities and a hack along the beautiful Ridgeway with unmounted activities too.
Packed lunches needed for Day 1 and 2, but all food and breakfast provided at Sheppard’s Farm.
COST: £250 per child. Non-refundable deposit of £50 needed to secure your place.
Camp Polo shirts will also be available to purchase before camp.
Additional Details
THERE ARE NO LATE ENTRIES. ENTRIES CLOSE 1ST JULY. Children must have attended 3 rallies between the beginning of the year and 1st July so that the instructors can assess the most suitable ride for them.
After 1st July, additional forms and detailed information will be sent out for you to fill in, eg medical forms and information about child and pony, and requesting balance.
The outstanding balance must be paid in full by 1st July.
