Our residential Summer Senior Camp for members of the VWH 12+. You will arrive on Monday morning and leave on Wednesday late afternoon. Your pony will be stabled and children stay in tents or lorries (you will provide your own). We have a really great team of Instructors and you will be based at Rectory Farm.

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser vwh@pcuk.org
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Age of Competitor
Children must be 12 years and over, and comfortable managing their ponies on their own, but with support. No lead reiners. Please speak to your Pony Club Instructor if you are in any doubt as we have the legendary Summer Camp at Sheppards Farm running the week before if this is too much. We want everyone to have a really fun time. All will stay onsite.
Entry information
Children will arrive with ponies on Monday morning and leave on Wednesday evening. Ponies are stabled and children will camp or stay in lorries. Child accommodation options must be supplied by parents. All costs are included bar Camp Polo shirt (recommended) and food for pony. Hay is included but if you wish to bring your own, that is fine.
Additional Details
THERE ARE NO LATE ENTRIES. ENTRIES CLOSE 1ST JULY. Children must have attended 2 rallies between the beginning of the year and 1st July so that the instructors can assess the most suitable ride for them. After 1st July, additional forms and detailed information will be sent out for you to fill in, eg medical forms and information about child and pony. All must be paid in full by 1st July. Do contact Jo Ramage to discuss if this is not possible. We will have a huge amount of fun with a brilliant team of Instructors at a great venue. Limited spaces so get booking!
