Instructors Lunches
£15.00 + non-refundable booking fee (charged per ticket).
Parents are asked to bring a dish for the Instructor’s and Guests’ lunch one day during camp for 4/6 people. If this is not possible, we ask that you contribute £15. Biffy will contact you to discuss which dish you are able to bring. Read More…

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

Age of Competitor
Mini camp is aimed at children from 8 years and under and will cater for all abilities off and on the lead rein. Parents are expected to provide a leader for all those on the lead rein.
Entry information
Children will take part in a wide variety of ridden sessions, stable management, game based activities and the all important swimming! Mini camp is a great opportunity for the children to grow in confidence in a fun environment, make friends for life and LEARN HOW TO EAT A STICKY BUN!
This year the theme will be ‘Anything from under the Sea’, with the Handy Pony area and other activities being linked to the theme. We look forward to ‘dress up day’ on Wednesday with the children and ponies decorated with as little or as much as you would like! You can be as creative as you want – fish, seahorses, mermaids, sharks, divers, – even submarines!
All attendees at Camp need to be current Pony Club members.
Children will need to bring their own packed lunches. Parents are asked to bring a dish for the Instructor’s and Guests’ lunch once during camp for 4/6 people. If this is not possible, we ask that you contribute £15 to cover the provision. Biffy will contact you beforehand to ask for a specific type of dish.
This year we are offering Mini Camp t-shirts (in sea colours of sky blue and royal blue) which can be worn during camp. Order yours below (£6.00) and they will be ready for you on Day 1!
Additional Details
THERE ARE NO LATE ENTRIES. ENTRIES CLOSE 1ST JULY. Children must have attended 2 rallies between the beginning of the year and 1st July so that the instructors can assess the most suitable ride for them.
After 1st July, additional forms and detailed information will be sent out for you to fill in, eg medical forms and information about child and pony.
Please complete all forms by 25th July AT THE LATEST.
