Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details

Please provide details of the dressage test being ridden. The session will take place on grass within a garden area.

Please ensure an adult accompanies all riders so that, should an accident occur, there is someone to deal with the horse.

If sessions become fully booked, please contact the Team Lead and we will look to add extra sessions later into the afternoon.

On site Facilities

Toilets NOT available. Horse water NOT available. Drinking water NOT available. Dogs NOT welcome. Non-riding children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times. See the current PC riding hat regulations. First aid available during the rallies covered by dressage coach Please carry your own small first aid kit containing pain relief, anti-sting cream/spray, etc. We cannot administer medication. Please bring suncream and fly spray.

Parking

Please pick up horse droppings in the parking area and take them home with you. Please keep all haynets inside the vehicle.

Please note that there will be only one dressage arena available this year. Parking is limited and on hardstanding. NOTE if you have previously visited this site, parking is NOT in the field this year.

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

  • Run under the current year’s Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
  • All riding hats must comply with current Pony Club rules and be tagged before riding. Hat guidance can be found on the Pony Club website. No fixed peaks are permitted on riding hats when riding cross-country at all levels, including lead rein.
  • PC-compliant body protectors must be worn at all PC cross-country events at all riding levels. Full details are on the main Pony Club website.
