About this Rally

For members aged 9+. This workshop aims to help members build self-esteem and belief in their abilities. It will help them develop resilience by learning to cope with challenges and setbacks in a positive way. Nadine can help with setting achievable goals and how to recognise their own strengths.

The session will be broken up into manageable sections, allowing plenty of time for breaks.

Please remember to bring a packed lunch.

Parents are welcome to stay and observe but we would encourage members to participate in the session without parental guidance!!
