We welcome ALL members, parents, siblings, coaches and friends of Poole Pony Club to join us for our Annual Members Evening & Ringo Party at Snowtrax Alpine Activity Centre to reflect on a fantastic 2024 and look forward to a great 2025! Awards, certificates and prizes for all!

Entry information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    1. Please arrive at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time with the children
    2. You will be required to sign a Declaration Waiver for the party attendees. Name and Date of Birth for each child is required.
    3. Your Ringos will be reserved for you; however we do not offer exclusive use of the slope
    4. All activities take place outside and will commence in all weathers so please bring appropriate warm and waterproof clothing

SAFETY NOTICE

    1. You must provide adult supervision for your child at all times, although centre staff are available to offer help and guidance where needed.
    2. Children taking part in Ringo parties must be at least 5yrs.
    3. Long sleeves, long trousers, gloves and closed-toe shoes are advised.
Terms and Conditions

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
