Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser nithsdale@pcuk.org
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
If entries do not work out to be the requested 2 or 3 per group , we may need to alter group sizes ie. if 11 member enter all wanting groups of 3 then it would need to be 3 groups of 3 and a group of 2. If a member enters a group of 3 but the numbers do not work out an invoice may be sent to the member for the additional charge.
Lesson duration will be approx 1hr
The first lesson will start at 6.15pm but times will be given and groups sorted

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
