Final Day – Thursday 31st July 2025 Parents are warmly invited to watch their children riding within their groups. This will be followed by a clean-up session and prize-giving at 12:00 PM.
Timings The riding sessions will follow the usual schedule, starting at 9:30 AM and finishing at 4:00 PM.
Lunch time All ponies must be untacked at lunchtime and provided with hay and water. Please ensure that lorries and trailers remain hitched up during the day, so they can be used for ponies during lunch.
Shade will be limited if the weather is hot, so please plan accordingly to keep your ponies as comfortable as possible. Please also note, there is no water available on site, so plan accordingly.
Children should bring
A packed lunch.
Plenty to drink — Each child should have two refillable water bottles, which can be topped up throughout the day.
Camping
As with last year, we are excited to continue the camping element, once again partnering with Jamie King from Mud & Guts to run the camping activities. Tents, supper, and breakfast will be provided. This year, camping will take place on Monday and Tuesday nights. Please note: we are unable to provide stabling, so all ponies must be taken home at the end of each day.
Camping Schedule:
Monday 28th July: Children who wish to stay will camp overnight, with a scavenger hunt organised by Jamie King. Tuesday 29th July: Camping continues with lots of games, bonfire building, and a variety of outdoor activities. Wednesday 30th July: After riding, children who wish to stay will be given supper from the pizza van and can take part in the Senior Camp Colour Run. We will also run our usual games such as British Bulldogs and High Jump. Collection time will be at 8:00 PM. (Children may want a change of clothes for the journey home!)
Camp Policies
Sign-out policy
All children must be signed out by a parent or guardian before leaving the site if they are camping.
