No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Sessions as follows
Choice to book either xc and sj or just xc or just sj.
Main XC – 2 hour session – combination to be jumping 70 cm plus
Mini SJ – 1 hour session – group sessions for all starting low – up to 50/60 cm
Show Jumping – 70 cm plus – 1 hour session
Mini XC – course starting low and group sessions up to 50/60
Times will be confirmed shortly
PLEASE NOTE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE TAKEN AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF 21 MAY UNLESS THERE ARE SPACES IN SUITABLE GROUPS – PLEASE GET ENTRIES IN ON TIME TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
