Our senior residential camp runs from Monday afternoon at 2pm to Friday at 12pm. We will be utilising the amazing indoor arena, dressage arena, showjumping arena and arena cross country at Radley Green Equestrian. We plan to have ridden sessions, stable management, a demonstration, a talk, fun and games and a competition afternoon and of course our presentations of achievements on Friday morning. We have booked our chief instructor, Annette Philpot, Katie Hamilton and Michael Fursedonn. The camp is open to children at the end of year 6 and upwards. Members must have attended 3 mounted rallies before the start of camp. Ponies/Horses must be up to date with their vaccinations, passports will be checked. This is a PC HQ and Radley Green requirement. More details will follow by email, including camp lists for horse and child, vaccine requirements, food requirements (allergies etc). The cost of camp includes stable, horse bedding, hay, ridden and non ridden instruction, child’s food and drink, entertainment. It does not include horse hard feed, child sleeping arrangements or hook up.
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
