Additional Details
Instructors for the camp as follows, dependant on numbers we might have more. We are joining East Devon Club so will be a great opportunity to meet new friends. Tamsyn Hutchins Kay Simpson Lee Pritchard Bicton offers superb facilities, arenas, jumps, stabling with opportunities for using parts of the xc course, which is not open to the public so a brilliant opportunity to ride around the course. On the first day arrive on 4th August – be ready to either be on board by ride or stable management by 9.30am. Arrivals not before 7.30am and you must present your passport which shows up to date vaccinations and will be kept securely until you go home. Hay is provided and straw – shavings is additional cost but can be purchased there but needs to be ordered. On the final day Weds 6th May we must have all stables fully empties before your passports will be returned will be ready to leave approx. 5pm. Parents not to arrive before 4pm.
Please bring your own Tents sleeping bags etc showers onsite you will need 50p

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
