No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Those wanting to do the camping badge in summer and are 8 years + must pass the countryside access badge first
Please note the badges are not just awarded for attendance, the children need to be able to retain the information and have a solid understanding of the topic to be awarded the badges. Parents can have a look through the syllabus on the pony club website if this helps you decide if its suitable for your child.
The Country side access achievement badge is a main badge only and is a pre-requisite for the camping badge which we are planning to do this summer.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
