Senior day camp is aimed at members of senior school age, there is some flexibility depending on ability. Junior day camp caters for primary school aged children, including lead rein, but again there is some flexibility. Please contact us to discuss. senior campers will arrive at camp and be ready to ride for 09:00 28/07/2025 they can stay until 21:00 to enjoy the full camp experience. Lunch and an evening meal will be provided. Junior day camp starts at 11:00 28/07/2025, they too can stay until 21:00 but must bring their own packed lunch. An evening meal will be provided. Both day camp options include the provision of penning space for ponies, fencing and energisers must be provided by parents (unless by prior arrangement) stabling can be provided as an alternative to penning at £12.50 extra payable by 01/07/25 via BACS to the Burton branch. Senior campers will be £65 and junior £40 in total, the balance must be paid to the Burton Branch via BACS by 01/07/25 at the very latest. Deposits are non-refundable. Strictly no dogs, or siblings over 16 years not entered for camp on site. For further information please email the branch at burton@pcuk.org camp forms will be sent after the deposit is paid, they must must completed and returned as soon as possible. All horses and ponies must be fully vaccinated against equine influenza and copies of the relevant passport pages supplied.

Terms and Conditions

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
