Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser brocklesby@pcuk.org
Refunds
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

Please ensure you book onto the correct camp – I’M A PONYCLUBBER, GET ME OUTTA HERE!!!!
1) Mini one day camp – for all children who have not yet started reception class. 1 day camp (1st August) with plenty of riding, fun and games! Total cost of camp is £50
2) Junior non-residential – for any children in Reception class upwards who do not wish to stay over. 2 night/3 day camp 31st July – 2nd August. Total cost of camp is £120
3) Junior residential – for any children year 3 and upwards who wish to stay at camp. 2 night/3 day camp as above. A return of our popular disco, lots of fun and games! Total cost of camp is £165
4) Senior residential camp- for any children Year 7 to Year 9. 3 night/4 day 27th-30 August. An exciting outing to the waterpark is planned. Total cost of camp is £200
5) Senior Plus residential camp – Year 10 and upwards. 3 night/4 day as above. Includes a session of Polo and clinic day! Total cost of camp is £230 6) Senior Plus non- residential camp – Year 10 and upwards who do not wish to stay. Includes a session of polo and clinic day 4 days as above. Total cost of camp £225

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
