This is a XC rally and as such is unfortunately not suitable for lead reins and non-jumpers.
This rally is suitable for those who are jumping cross country fences of 60cm, 75cm or 90cm.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 03/05/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser badsworth@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser badsworth@pcuk.org

Dress
Ponies should be clean and tidy but plaiting is not necessary.
Riders must wear long sleeves, pony club sweat shirts or similar are allowed with pony club jackets or other dark coats.
It is mandatory that riders wear body protectors and hats WITHOUT a fixed peak complying to current standards.
Long hair MUST be secured in a hair net for safety reasons and strictly NO hoodies are allowed.

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
