Who is this course for?
This workshop is designed to help assessors and test trainers to use good questioning skills to help obtain the best out of the candidates during a test day. How to give positive and constructive feedback whatever the result at the end of the day. Workshop members will work together to discover what helps and what doesn’t work well.
What’s involved ?
The session will begin with familiarisation of the syllabus.
There will then be demo riders going through all aspects of the B Plus Test.
All assessors and test trainers will work in groups and have an opportunity to ask questions and give feedback to the riders.
The course will be delivered by Linda Pearce and Peter Hales.
