Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded minus an admin fee of £2.50 per horse and rider combination (Booking fees are non refundable)

Horses must be at least 4 years of age.
Up to standard body protectors (blue label) and standard hat with no fixed peaks MUST BE WORN
You must be confident to ride in open spaces and supply emergency contact number or bring another person with you

Terms and Conditions
Horses must be at least 4 years of age.
All riders must wear riding hats with chinstrap fastened. Hats to confirm to BSI Kite marked PAS 015 or BS En 1384 or ASMT F1163. Riding boots with heels must be worn. Body protectors must be worn (blue label)
- You must be confident to ride in open spaces and supply emergency contact number or bring another person with you
- Riding, working and handling horses can be dangerous and horse can be unpredictable. Persons coming to this event, do so at their own risk.
