Working Equitation comprises of 3 phases – Dressage, Ease of Handling, the Speed Round.
The focus of all phases is partnership and harmony, and this really is a sport for all, from happy hacker to dressage diva, everyone is welcome!
Focus on the Ease of Handling Phase, a course of obstacles including a gate, bridge, slalom poles, rein back corridor, the Bull & Vara, barrels and
many more.
With levels right from Walk/Trot through to Advanced.
All levels and abilities welcomed!

In hand is perfect for the youngsters or inexperienced riders who wish to take part without riding.
No handler under 16 without an adult handler present. No stallions.
Semi Private session. Max 2 handlers.

Refund minus an admin fee of £6.50 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Each session is a semi private – 2 people sharing only. Lasting approx 1 hour
All equipment shall be proved. Just bring yourself and your horse. Properly attired for riding in an arena. Must have a saddle, girth and bridle unless working in-hand. Where a bridle with a long line is appropriate.
Times will be forwarded by the organiser 2 days before.

Cropthorne & Evesham Vale Riding Club & Heather Butler , Stanway Grounds, Stanway do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage injury or illness to any rider, horses, owners spectators, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract in any way whatsoever. When riding at the premises the rider accepts, they/their trainer or responsible adult (if under 18) has surveyed and assessed the ground conditions and maintenance of the jumps/obstacles/fences. Trainers, coaches or any person responsible for a rider must hold public liability insurance and any person bringing a groom, rider or paid assistance onto the premises must hold employers’ liability insurance. All riders must be accompanied by another responsible person (who may be mounted or unmounted) who must have access to a mobile phone to summon assistance in the event of an emergency. All riders must wear a riding hat always conforming to the current BHS standard whilst mounted. Suitable footwear must be worn while mounted, A body protector conforming to the current BHS standard is advised to be worn. Riding, working with horses and handling horses can be dangerous and horses may be unpredictable. Persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and the hirers will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss. Dogs are allowed onto the premises with the prior permission of the hirers and kept on a lead. Riders and their trainers, spectators, helpers must not take any glass or breakable objects onto the facilities. All items taken onto the facilities must be removed at the end of the relevant session.
