Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawals
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser ambermael82@gmail.com
Refunds
Refund minus an admin fee of £5.00 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.50 (Booking fees are non refundable)
Changes after closing date

All riders must be competent and be able to ride to the standard they have booked into.
If your horse at any time is deemed dangerous or out of control you must leave the clinic.
Id you choose to wear a standard body protector (blue label) must be worn
An up to hat must be worn
If you are coming alone please provide an emergency contact.
Place is only booked on receipt of FULL PAYMENT
Please clear up after your horse.
Parking is tight at Luccombe, so please be sensible.
