The Committee reserve the right to refuse entry to any person(s), to alter any class and to limit class
entries to a suitable number. They also reserve the right to amalgamate classes if there are insufficient
entries.
Entries on the day only to be paid by cash – no cheques or IOUs, sorry. Entries on the day will not be
refunded. Online entries will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the Show, excluding the admin
fee.
Any objection should be lodged with the secretary (accompanied by £50) within 10 minutes of the end of
the class, not refundable if the objection is overruled.
Competitors must wear riding hats showing the relevant quality symbol/kite mark at all times when
mounted

ALL RINGS ON GRASS
We have been given permission once again to use the large grass field in Thorngumbald for the Show which has been kindly offered to us by Mr J Morris.
Vaccinations
All horses and ponies attending the Show must have been vaccinated against equine flu in the last 12 months.
Directions to the Show: HU12 9LY Travelling on the A1033 heading towards Patrington, as you enter the village of Thorngumbald, the Show field is on the left-hand side with the entrance to the field just before the ’30 miles per-hour’ speed sign. Travelling on the A1033 heading towards Hull, as you come out of the village of Thorngumbald just after the cemetery on the right-hand side, the Show field in on the right with the entrance just after the ’40 miles per-hour’ speed sign.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, except in the dog classes requiring ‘off lead’ work.
Please pick up any dog faeces from the show field and use the bins provided.
DO NOT empty horse droppings from trailers/lorries onto the show field – please remove horse droppings from near your trailer/lorry.
