We, the South & West Wilts Hunt Branch of the Pony Club, would like to assume every competitor entering our competition has done so with the prospect of enjoyment and the possibility of improving personal and/or team goals.
We warmly welcome those new to triathlon and tetrathlon competition and hope to encourage and enthuse their further participation to this great event.
For parents / carers supporting the competitors we ask you to also try and enjoy the day and help your children identify the many positive aspects of their participation. For many, to stand up and compete in a triathlon is a big achievement all on its own!
Shooting: In order to compete you must have attended some shoot training prior to the day and shooters need to be seen as competent to shoot.
Swimming: Buoyancy aids will be allowed in class 1 only. Only one adult per child will be allowed poolside. All competitors wishing to dive need to have attained the relevant competition dive certificate issued by Swim England / Swim Teachers Association.
Without the correct certificate competitors will be required to start in the water.
We operate a reasonable adjustment policy . Please refer to the Pony Club website.
